Terms for purchase on our social media pages or website:     

1) By making an order with us you are certifying that you are over 18 years old.

2) We have made every effort to display the colour of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be accurate. 

3) Origin Alley does not make any specific guarantees or warranties of any kind for our products and delivery. The delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed time frames.  

4) If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Origin Alley (Tempest Inc) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

6) Origin Alley is not responsible for purchases that are unable to be processed due to technical difficulties or unavailability of products.
