Return & refund policy

We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love them so we triple check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns on these products, we’ll be glad to replace any item you receive damaged.

Please follow these steps in such cases:

  • Email - help.originalley@gmail.com with your subject field as RETURNS - [Your order ID] (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).

  • Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.

  • We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours and take it forward.

  • Once we receive the product(s), and have verified the concerned issues with them, we will credit the product value back to your bank account/wallet.

In case of replacing damaged items, please ship it back to us and we will send you the replacement:

- Please review the product before placing your order.

- Please review your order confirmation email as soon as possible after you place your order to make sure that your order is correct. If you ordered the wrong product we can usually correct the problem only within 24 hours of placing the order.

- We do not accept return/exchange for products purchased on discount and offers.

- Please note that the cost of returning the product to Origin Alley (Tempest Inc) is the responsibility of the purchaser.
