- Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
- We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours and take it forward.
- Once we receive the product(s), and have verified the concerned issues with them, we will credit the product value back to your bank account/wallet.

Most products available in the store are dispatched within 2-4 business days of placing your order and delivered between 7-10 business days. Select products available in the store are handmade on order. These products will take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered. Your product(s) goes through stringent quality checks and we strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Due to this, we cannot change an order once payment has been made as processing begins immediately.
