We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love them so we triple-check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns on these products, we’ll gladly replace any damaged item you receive.

Please follow these steps in such cases:

• Email - help.originalley@gmail.com with your subject field as RETURNS - [Your order ID] (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
• Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
• We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours and take it forward.
• Once we receive the product(s), and have verified the concerned issues with them, we will credit the product value back to your bank account/wallet.

In case of replacing damaged items, please ship it back to us and we will send you the replacement:

- Please review the product before placing your order.

- Please review your order confirmation email as soon as possible after you place your order to make sure that your order is correct. If you ordered the wrong product we can usually correct the problem only within 24 hours of placing the order.

- We do not accept return/exchange for products purchased on discounts and/or offers.

- Please note that the cost of returning the product to Origin Alley (Tempest Inc) is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Most products available in the store are dispatched within 2-4 business days of placing your order and delivered between 7-10 business days. Select products available in the store are handmade on order. These products will take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed and shipped after the holiday. The same applies to when The Shopkeeper is on hiatus.

 

Your product(s) goes through stringent quality checks and we strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Due to this, we cannot change an order once payment has been made as processing begins immediately. 2) We have made every effort to display the colour of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be accurate. 

3) Origin Alley does not make any specific guarantees or warranties of any kind for our products and delivery. The delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed time frames.  

4) If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Origin Alley (Tempest Inc) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

5) By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions and information on this page.

6) Origin Alley is not responsible for purchases that are unable to be processed due to technical difficulties or unavailability of products.
